Hotel Olive Tree

I don't know who is the guy received the call. But he speaks like he owns the property. In website it shows 1949rs/- for 24 hours. I just asked him ,can we check in early in the mrng ,bcos our train arrives at 4 am . We will pay for 24 hrs ,then he told ,I'm supposed to pay 3300+taxes. And he spoke very rudely.

I stayed here for one night. Check-in was smooth, and the front desk staff were very helpful. The service overall was great. I was allotted a Classic Room, but unfortunately the room was a bit dusty. The bedding felt itchy, the floor had dust, and the coffee kettle and cups were not clean. I feel the room could have been cleaned more thoroughly to match the otherwise good service.

Worst rooms. Cockroaches all over the room. No soaps, brushes or other essentials provided by default, you have to call and ask. Not clean. Broken gums in bathrooms. Food is even worst. You get north flavour in authentic southern dishes. Not to recommend

I stayed here for a day after booking through Cleartrip and got a good discount ’ no extra charges at check-in, which was great. The room was comfortable and decent for the price. However, the AC was a bit noisy, and the bathroom tiles felt slightly slippery. The bedsheets were clean but could’ve looked fresher.Overall, the reception was prompt and helpful, check-in was smooth, and the hotel has a lift. Considering what I paid, it was definitely worth it. Rating 3.5/5

I recently ordered from Olive Tree Hotel and had a very disappointing experience. The food had no taste at all ’ completely bland and lacking any flavour. The fish portion was so small that it wasn’t even enough for one person.But the biggest shock was that the ’Fish and Chips’ didn’t contain any chips at all. This is totally unacceptable and misleading for customers.I strongly feel that restaurants showing such carelessness and poor quality should be addressed seriously. I recommend Swiggy to take strict action against such outlets to ensure customers are not cheated or disappointed in the future.Highly dissatisfied and do not recommend ordering from here.
