Dear Friends,It's bad experience for me.They charge Excellent price but they couldn't provide 500 ML mineral water bottle & Tea powder milk powder. &In Breakfast taste is normal in breakfast they couldn't provide froots.Next time I need to search a good Hotel. If you know Please suggest me.Thank you.

WORST SERVICE ExperienceI had a very disappointing experience during my stay.During check-in, the staff quoted one amount and asked me to pay an advance, saying that the remaining balance could be paid at checkout. However, they did not provide any written confirmation of the final amount. At the time of checkout, they charged an additional amount without any proper explanation. When I questioned this, the reception staff responded very rudely. Their attitude made it seem like guests should simply pay whatever they demand without asking any questions.As for the services, the housekeeping team was very slow to respond to requests. The restaurant food was also below average and definitely not worth the price.Overall, the service, transparency, and customer handling were extremely poor. I would not recommend this hotel based on my experience.

Poor cleaning, stinky smell, curtains were not washed, beds were not in good condition, and even the pillows and bedsheets smelled badly. We also found cockroaches, and basic amenities like water bottles were not provided.

Worst experience. As to I remember we are coming to Hotel Ilapuram since 90's, may it be for family trips or occations or for client meetings and from now on, we would like not to continue. I checked at around 4.30 -5.00 am in the morning and the same day night I approached the reception person Mr Sai and said I may have to extend for 3-4 hours and I was ready to pay for the same. But he said that I have to pay full rent for the day else he insisted I stay in the room till 6.00 am as grace time and then later shift my luggage to another room (as we booked 4 rooms at different timings), have breakfast and leave. He started torturturing from 5.30 am itself not even giving me time to use washroom and on speaking to him, he was very rude and threatening me saying that you checked in at 4.30 am and there will be complete rent and all. He spoke to me as if I am at his mercy. This is a very bad experience and while returning the access card, when questioned about his behaviour, he do not repent on what he spoke instead says that he did not speak anything wrong and he do not care if we do not visit this place in the future. Such a humiliation when I was ready to pay if needed. I do not recommend this place for anyone who wish to stay here in future.
