Poor cleaning, stinky smell, curtains were not washed, beds were not in good condition, and even the pillows and bedsheets smelled badly. We also found cockroaches, and basic amenities like water bottles were not provided.

There is a need to improve room service regarding maintaining time and in-room serving....Rooms are clean but they didn't kept the bathroom items (like soap, shampoo...wash room kit, no coffeeand tea sachets) till the next day.... room cleaning is good... but needs some more improvement.Reception: Reception are is clean and spacious but the utilization of area should be improved...

Worst service ever. The staff is rude overall. Don't care about customers at all. Have to follow up a hundred times before someone actually shows up for the concern. Bad smell always. The Alcohol and cigarette smell is literally shoved into our noses. Washroom doors are left open always and literally Smells so disgusting. The smell reaches the rooms. Asked for vegetarian dishes and got chicken dish. And when told that, literally the staff argued back saying that vegetarian not chicken. He checked multiple times, put his hands in the dish to check it and then believed and again came back to imply that if it was veg. Appliances and basic necessities are missing from the room. Even when complained about it, they still dont respond. What a service! A/C freaking leaks!? Like water keeps dripping. Overall such a bad experience. They dont allow food from outside. Fine. But is their restaurant open 24/7? No. Is the food good in the available hours? No its stale. Basically such a bad experience here.
