Hotel Paramount

We were a group of 18 people and trust me My personal experience was so so so bad I'll never recommend this resort to anyone. 98% unsatisfied and 2% satisfied for WiFi and DJ. but DJ time and dinner time was the same so either you enjoy dance or eat less Amount of 1600 PP not worth it. We gave all the amount otherwise we would leave...Pool has a timing for 10am to 6pm. Check out is morning 9am so you can't use pool for next day. Food quality was not good. Non of us ate full stomach and no one is happy. It was waste of holiday due to resort yarrr. Spoiled my mood. The swimming pool water was not clean at all. For breakfast they serve bread butter but we felt like we ate only bread because butter was not applied properly.

Hi AmitI recently stayed at your hotel in Matheran and I would like to share my experience Overall it was a very pleasant and comfortable stay The location of the hotel is excellent very convenient and peaceful which made the whole experience even better The atmosphere was nice and relaxing and we really enjoyed our time thereI would especially like to appreciate Mr.Arvind ji for his support during our stay. He was extremely helpful, polite and always available whenever we needed anything His behavior was very professional and friendly and he made sure everything was managed smoothly Because of him our stay became much more comfortable and hassle-freeThe service overall was good and the staff was cooperative It’s clear that the team is putting effort into making guests feel comfortableThank you for the great hospitalityI would definitely consider staying here again and will also recommend your hotel to others.

We visited this hotel this weekend, we booked 3 rooms online but the experience, was so so disappointing, there was no water for bathing, they brought it from a bucket, so it was a waste of time, also the hotel staff was very un supportive, and rude and mannerless, while serving the food, their staff, the hotel staff member who served the food hit the plate in anger and their behavior was very rude, also there is no DJ. They asked for 2000 dj to be available, we had already paid 3500 per room, we had booked 3 rooms, also their swimming pool was very dirty, they kept filtered water in it for a long time, there were small insects in the water, this is so horrible, and worst for your personal hygiene, there is no hygiene at all And most importantly the food was very tasteless, even the coffee and tea were made with water, they didn't even use milk in it, they couldn't handle 6 people. All over our experience was so bad, please don't waste your money and don't book by looking at such hotels online, they say one thing and you get a different experience when you go there, so please go there and book

Overall, I had a plesant stay at your hotel as a couple.Stay:The check-in process was smooth, and the staff was friendly and accommodating.My room was clean and comfortable,The housekeeping staff and also manager Mishra jii did a good job.Restaurant:The ambiance of the restaurant was lovely, and the service was attentive and courteous.The food quality was consistent. Some dishes were excellent,The breakfast options were extremely good and we had lko enjoyed a lot.I appreciate your efforts in making my stay enjoyable, and I hope this feedback will help you improve your services. I look forward to visiting your hotel again and experiencing positive changes in the future.

Not recommendable at all.The service is not good. They took money per person but denied to provide the accessories accordingly. We the group 15 visited their so 5 rooms were allotted to us but they have provided only 10 blankets and towels.Additionally their staff is very rude, when we asked for the water bottle, the immediate response was " 30 rupaye chillar do ".Rooms and bedsheets were not clean.Only part we enjoyed there was DJ.Think before visiting.
