However they couldn’t give us late check out though we checked in at 12 midnight.
The AC in our room was not working, and we had already complained about it before leaving the room at around 8 PM. Despite informing no action was taken to resolve the issue and were offered table fan. When we returned to room after attending the function @ 12.30 AM, issue was not resolved the room was extremely uncomfortable.@ 5:30 AM, Frankly, it felt like we were in an oven. At that hour when called up office people how hot the room was, they said sorry. Changed room @ 5:30 AM.Terrible experience all through the night without sleep. We left @ 7AM
Everything about the hotel is good except for the parking. If you are travelling by a car, it’s quite difficult to park in the available space, as the basement parking is vary narrow and limited. You often end up having to park on the road instead.
