Hotel location is good and rooms are clean. Staff behaviour is not good and they didn't allow the unmarried couples. Beware of that. The cost is not adequate what they are charging.

Solo Traveller • Jul 2026My stay at this hotel was very disappointing. The receptionist gave us wrong details about the room before we booked it. When we confronted him about the discrepancy in person, he avoided responsibility and acted unprofessionally instead of admitting the error or helping us. This showed poor customer service and a lack of accountability. Guests deserve truthful information before booking and respectful responses when they raise issues. Sadly, our experience did not meet these standards. I hope the management takes steps to fix this and trains staff to be honest and professional in dealing with guests' concerns.
