Very bad experience. The front office staff were not helpful and did not arrange proper room cleaning. The room and toilet were not clean, and the hotel seems poorly maintained, with a lot of small dirt/dust in the room. We also found a cockroach in the room. Overall, a very disappointing and unhygienic stay. I would not recommend this hotel

Service was not as promised and not pleasant. No hot water and had to wait when requesting things. No coffee option at breakfast, which was just a regular breakfast, not a buffet, like a normal breakfast that could be had outside. Rooms were different from the pictures.
