The hotel was very clean and neat , especially the atmosphere was very peaceful, but only one thing the reception staff didn't coperate properly, one customer came and booked directly to the hotel they given the key immediately, but I booked in this platform they said wait for 10 minutes they didn't not give any response to me just kept the key in the table they not even tell where is the room, it's make me very disappointed don't do like that, not even the room attender also didn't come, we also paying the money next time don't do like that

The hotel facility and location is Good, Found with neat and clean. I have booked through this platform and got a better price than directly from the hotel.I have asked to change the linen in the night but nobody responded to them. It shows the care to the people. This was my experience and dont know about overall. Otherwise, this hotel is a good choice.
