I stayed in 3 rooms and these were some issues-Room 1-1. A lot of traffic and outside noise from window due to a gap.2. Mosquitoes in the room3. No towel given4. No AC Remote & TV doesn’t have Tata Sky subscriptionRoom 2-1. Check in card not working. No electricity in the roomRoom 3-1. AC not working & fan is very slow. No TV in the room. No phone in the room to call reception2. Very bad gutter-like smell from toilet3. A lot of mosquitoes4. Cleanliness issues like dirty pillow covers and bedsheets

Frustrating Poor Experience

I usually book hotels through Goibibo, but this time I decided to give this hotel a try based on the positive reviews. However, I’m puzzled by how someone could rate it 4 or 5 stars when it clearly doesn’t meet the basic standards of a 3-star hotel.I paid for room amenities, but the TV wouldn’t work. I complained about it for two days, but they couldn’t even turn it on.It’s frustrating when you make a reservation and the room isn’t ready when you arrive. They said it wasn’t ready because it wasn’t vacant, but what’s the point of making a reservation if you can’t check out as per your standards time - 10:00 am? It seems like they were wasting time since then.The room service is also terrible. You have to ask the receptionist for basic things like napkins and towels.
