Had a wonderful stay! The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable. The staff were friendly, polite, and always ready to help especially shobana. The food was delicious, and the overall atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and the room service was disappointing my expectations.but overall I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Looking forward to visiting again!

I stayed at this hotel for one night with my family. Overall, the experience was just average, with both positive and negative aspects.The reception staff were polite, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay, which I truly appreciated.However, the room cleanliness needs significant improvement. The bathroom was not properly cleaned when we checked in. Although housekeeping responded after I requested a toilet cleaning, we still didn’t feel comfortable with the overall cleanliness of the room.Another issue was the intercom, which was not working at all. I reported it, and a staff member said the telephone would be replaced, but it never happened. Because of this, we couldn’t contact the reception, order dinner, or even request coffee the next morning, which was quite inconvenient.The biggest disappointment was the complimentary breakfast service. The food itself was acceptable, but the attitude of some of the staff serving breakfast was very disappointing. It felt as though they were doing customers a favor rather than providing a service included with the stay. The service lacked courtesy and hospitality, and the rude behavior left a poor impression.Overall, the hotel has potential, but there is plenty of room for improvement, especially in room cleanliness, maintenance, and customer service during breakfast. I hope the management takes these points seriously and focuses on providing a better experience for future guests.

I had a very disappointing experience during my stay. If the property is not comfortable accommodating unmarried couples, it would be much better to clearly mention that in their policy instead of making guests feel unwelcome after arrival.We had visited mainly for a spiritual trip and expected a peaceful and comfortable stay. However, from the moment we checked in, we felt that we were treated differently compared to other guests. The behavior was subtle but noticeable enough to make us feel uncomfortable throughout our stay.The room allotted to us was not satisfactory and the overall check in experience lacked proper guidance. Instead of simply handing over the room key, it would have been helpful if a housekeeping staff member had escorted us to the room and explained the basic facilities, especially considering the amount charged for the stay. Good hospitality is about making every guest feel welcome, regardless of who they are traveling with.The property seems well suited for families, but based on our experience, I would not recommend it for couples. The staff was not very supportive whenever we needed assistance, which further affected our overall impression.The only positive aspect of our stay was the convenient location, as it is close to the railway station. Interestingly, the staff became much more attentive during checkout, mainly while requesting us to leave a review.My intention is not to criticize the property unfairly but to provide honest feedback. If the management prefers not to host unmarried couples, it would be better to clearly state that rather than allowing bookings and providing a different experience after check in. Transparency and equal treatment for all guests would greatly improve the overall guest experience.
