I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were comfortable, clean, and well maintained. A special mention to Shruti at the reception for her courteous and professional behavior. She was always helpful, attentive, and made the check-in and stay experience smooth. Overall, a great experience and I would recommend this hotel to others.

I recently stayed at Icon Select by Bhagini during a corporate trip to Bangalore, and the overall experience was absolutely stellar. The first major highlight is its strategic location right on the Outer Ring Road. It is positioned incredibly close to major business hubs like Bagmane World Technology Center and RMZ Infinity, making daily commuting hassle-free. Additionally, top shopping destinations like Phoenix Marketcity are just a short drive away.The rooms are highly commendable’spacious, exceptionally clean, well-furnished, and equipped with practical workspaces and modern amenities. The air conditioning functions perfectly, and the Wi-Fi is reliable and fast enough for remote work.Another highlight is the mouthwatering complimentary buffet breakfast. The spread offers a wide variety of fresh North Indian, South Indian, and continental options. The live counters serving hot idlis and crispy dosas were exceptional. For dinner, their in-house dining options provide great multi-cuisine flavors.What truly sets this hotel apart is its courteous and professional hospitality. The entire front desk team and guest relations staff were polite, responsive, and went out of their way to ensure a seamless check-in and check-out process. There is also safe, hassle-free parking available on-site. Whether you are visiting Bangalore for a quick business tour or a comfortable family stay, this property delivers top-notch value for money. Not happy with the service.Booked party hall for celebration 1 month in advance. Just 2days before the event I was asked to shift to another venue which is 4km away from the one I booked because they wanted to do renovation work on the day of my event. As invitation was already out, it was lot of trouble for me to inform everyone about this change just 2days before. Plus there was change in arrangements for food menu which I had set 10 days in advance. The staff behaviour at the venue I did not like it. They asked for tips,return gifts and to put review.

It was April 19, 2026 (Sunday). Bengaluru Sylheti Cultural Association (BSCA) had organized its Borshoboron 2026 (BSCA Borshobon 2026) at ’The Icon Select by Bhagini, Mahadevapura.’ It was organized at the Bhagini Pavilion Banquet Hall. BSCA had organized its previous version of the event here itself (in 2025). Being members of the association, my partner and I were at the banquet hall for the cultural event. It was a good experience. Not only was the hall spacious, the food was also very good. The management was also quite courteous and welcoming. Overall, it was a good experience. I would like to recommend this place for similar such events!

The property feels iconic, with a great ambiance that makes you feel relaxed and comfortable right from the time you arrive. The rooms were well-maintained, clean, and provided a very cozy stay, making it easy to unwind and enjoy the overall atmosphere.What made my stay even more special was the excellent service provided by the staff. I would especially like to appreciate Mr. Shreeram from the front office, who assisted me throughout my stay. He was extremely friendly, polite, and always ready to help with a smile. His professionalism and warm approach really stood out and made a big difference in my overall experience.Overall, it was a comfortable and memorable stay, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant and hassle-free experience. I look forward to visiting again in the future
