Pathetic Reception Staff. My guests stayed there for a day had to check out early, their train was late. However, when i asked them to accommodate the same since i have a full day booking, the manager and reception staff declined giving room.Poor managers and service. Will not recommend it to anyone with flexible plans.

Great service and behaviour of staff. The rooms are clean and the property is well maintained. Breakfast options are also quite decent. Upside is, location is quite nice and there are a number of eateries nearby. A great stay at reasonable prices.

I had an excellent stay at this hotel .The property is perfectly located in a prime area near the tech park, and the pleasant roadside view adds a nice touch to the overall ambiance.The reception team was professional with excellent communication throughout my stay. A special thanks to Mr. Rakesh Kumar (Operational Manager) who was particularly helpful, polite, and ensured a smooth and pleasant experience.A special mention goes to Ms. Anu from the Food and Beverage team whose service and hospitality were truly outstanding She was highly attentive, ensured prompt service, and consistently goes the extra mile to meet every guest need with a genuine smile. Her dedication and positive attitude reflect the highest standards of hospitality and make the stay more pleasant.One of the highlights of my stay was the food.
