None of the service works at all. Tv not working, ac not working, geyser not working, wifi they dont know how to geenrate password for the room.

The elevator was out of order, the AC and even the fan were malfunctioning during the night. In the morning, the bathroom lights were not working. For a business class hotel, we expect a good night's sleep to be refreshed for the next day's work. I was let down by the service attitude and the overall quality of my stay.

I recently attended a conference and stayed at Olive Brookefield. The room was cozy and affordable. I would definitely recommend it.

My stay was disappointing overall due to several problems: 1. Breakfast options were limited and quality was subpar with little variety. 2. Staff entered my room without permission using their master key, which was very unsettling. 3. I was served dirty plates, which is unacceptable for guest hygiene. 4. Housekeeping was confusing; although told service was available until 6 PM, I was pressured to have my room cleaned by 3:30 PM or it wouldn’t be done. 5. The service manager ignored my complaints. Too many small issues made the service fall short of my expectations. I hope management addresses these concerns and improves guest experience.

My experience with this hotel is not so pleasant. I have booked a suite , but since it is duplex type and as the stairs are very steep with only oneside handrail , not suited to us. I have been replaced with double bed room at second floor, in lieu of suite (which costs more). Lift is not working. To my surprise, we could not get hot water, for the reason,best known to them. We did not have our bath, as we could not wait for repair, for we have some definite appointment. But they are considerate to provide us a free and complimentary breakfast. Overall for us it is bitter experience.
