We booked online for 12 days and inquired about a kitchen and fridge, and were told everything was included. However, the room shown on the website was very different from what I found upon arrival—no kitchen, no fridge, and the room was poorly maintained. The toilet door handle was broken, towels were not provided unless requested. When I asked about the fridge and kitchen, they blamed the salesperson and refused to refund. Additionally, food was charged despite the online claim of free breakfast. Overall, a very disappointing experience.
