Couple • India • Oct 2026I stayed for two days. When I saw the room it was very neat. Then I booked the room . Then I got freshed up the taps and closet tap was not working properly . We have close the main valves of the tap to stop leakage. Then I got and came late night . I found some blood stains on the bed . I didn't complained to the staffs and I slept . The next morning I extended the booking for 1 more day . The other day when I vacated . The staff told me that I Pour blood on the blood .then I have to pay 500 rs for the bedsheet. I told them It's not mine . The cleaning boy and other guy in the office who looks nearly 19 yrs old was shouting at me . That I need to pay 500 rs . Then other guy I think he is the manager was gone through the photos of the blood stains . He founded that im innocent. Then he told to leave. If he was not there I need to pay extra amount for the bloodstain. It was a bad experience. Because of the location only I booked the hotel. Next time I need to find out another one .
The room was dirty and did not match the photos shown in the listing. The quilt was stained, the bathroom door lock was broken on the outside, the AC did not cool well, and the flush was broken. It was a disappointing stay with my family.
