Guest as saying
We stayed at Treebo Premium Tranquil, Whitefield, for a total of 6 nights — 3 nights in Room 307 and another 3 nights in Room 507, with a week’s gap between the two stays.First, I would like to appreciate Lal from the staff, who was amazing, extremely efficient, and very polite. He helped us with everything and was always courteous. The cleaning staff were also really good at their jobs, and I genuinely appreciate their service. However, the biggest issue throughout both stays was the water supply and shower functionality. We faced water-related problems on all 6 days. The hot and cold water settings on the shower did not work properly, and there was a bad smell in the bathroom. On one occasion, the shower stopped working completely, and I had to wait in the bathroom for 15–20 minutes for the water to come back.As someone who had to leave for the office, it was extremely frustrating to be unable to shower and have to leave without one. What made the experience even worse was that we faced the exact same issues during both visits, despite them being a week apart. While Lal and the housekeeping staff deserve appreciation for their excellent service, the recurring water and bathroom issues seriously affected our overall experience. These are basic facilities that guests should be able to rely on, and I hope the management takes these concerns seriously and resolves them for future guests.Thank you to Lal and the cleaning staff for their kindness and efforts, but unfortunately, the overall stay was disappointing because of these unresolved issues.
The rooms are too good, must try and I'm addicted to this hotel
This is among the cleanest and tidiest rooms I've stayed in while in Bangalore. The staff are polite and the room service is excellent. I've been here for 7 days and have no complaints, so I would definitely recommend this place.
