Room was good, but staff needs training , there was a lady at reception, we asked her to get our room clean in afternoon, but when we returned at night it was not cleaned. She did not pay any attention to our details. And was asking extra charges for water bottles like seriously, they give you 500 ml water bottles and ask extra if you take more than 2 lol. Neither we got towels when asked they told they give towels at 3 pm fixed timing.

I’m really disappointed with the housekeeping service. I had to call multiple times to request fresh towels, but they were never delivered. I also had to remind the staff to refill the soap dispenser in the washroom, which was still not done. Eventually, I had to go to the reception myself to get these basic things sorted out.This level of service is unacceptable and falls well below expectations.
