Stayed here for a business trip. The room was clean and comfortable, Wi-Fi and basic amenities worked well, and check-in was quick. Staff were polite and helpful. Good location for work travel. Overall, a smooth and convenient stay.
This place, while it is reasonably priced, doesnt justify the ratings it has on Agoda. Cleanliness is not maintained at all, and I had to deal with a lot of cockroaches. I asked for a Kettle, and the one I got was a cockroach breeder. It was replaced once, and replacement also had cockroaches hiding in it. Cockroaches were randomly coming from under the bed, the wardrobe. There was no soap, no handwash, no towel. Even the wifi was provided to me only after I asked. On my request, cleaning was done every 3 days, but the sheets had stains. The 2nd and 3rd set of sheets were very rough, and I couldn't get sleep for a couple of days. Dusty place and even the surroundings are very dusty and muddy, because of the broken road approach. I had booked for nearly 2 weeks, and had an unsatisfactory experience. I wont be going to this place again, or any other OYO or Townhouse. I wont be recommending them either
