The room was cleaned and good but due to small window, the rooms become too hot. Even in AC rooms ac was also not cooling better. And Non-Ac room Fan also not working better. Normal cable tv. Very less channels available to see and the tv volume is also too slow. Budget friendly for those who's for only a room to stay without any much expectations.
The mattress quality bad, the blanket cheap, water tasted like tap water. I accidentally booked a non-AC room and wanted to upgrade. I saw the price of the next category room on this platform was approx 200 more than the one I booked, I agreed to pay so. But the staff asked for 800 extra and was not at all supportive. I could literally booked another new room instead for the price hike he demanded for upgrade. Although I reached past my check-in time, room in the booked category was not available and they were making the room ready based on check-out of other guest so I asked for upgrade by paying price as it was a mistaken booking. Also, when I contacted the hotel a day prior to booking to check incase if they could accommodate an early check-in followed by an early check-out based on my train timings, as the check-in time of the hotel is quite late being 12pm. the staff was not at all supportive and denied so because of which I had spend some time outside just to reach as per check-in time and avoid sitting over there.
