Location is very convenient in market area. However car parking is outside property, for extra person extra bed they offer sofa cum bed it is not quite comfortable. In room toiletries quality can be improved. In three star hotel rate they don't offer refrigerator & electrical kettle in room

Value for money, Good well maintained room, friendly staff...

Considering the high room tariff charged, the overall room ambience needs significant improvement. The room door lock and washroom lock are not functioning properly, which raises safety and convenience concerns. The television is not working properly, and the Wi-Fi connection is very unstable and disconnects frequently. Dish TV services are only activated after repeatedly asking, which is inconvenient for guests.The bathroom condition is extremely poor and does not meet basic standards. There is water leakage from the tap, and the shower also leaks when the tap is in use. Basic amenities such as toilet paper were not provided. Street parking is available, but it is entirely at the guest’s risk and responsibility, which should be clearly communicated in advance.On a positive note, the breakfast quality is good. However, it would be appreciated if at least one child-friendly option could be included, such as less spicy or simple food items.

This hostel is one of the best places to stay. The rooms are clean, spacious, and well-maintained, with regular housekeeping.The food quality is good and hygiene is properly maintained.The warden and management are very supportive and friendly.Basic facilities like water supply, electricity, and Wi-Fi are always available.The hostel provides a safe, peaceful, and comfortable environment for family.The location is also very convenient.

Room and washroom were clean, no doubt. In toiletries, a clean towel, two shampoo pouches and two small soaps were provided. Room service was ok. However, the only thing which bothered that, they will provide you a small water bottle on your arrival and then you have to buy the next bottle, they won't refill the bottle. That means regular RO drinking water is not available in the hotel, unless you purchase it. Except that it was a good stay I felt.
