Hotel Sovereign, Daman

Worst experience while booking, AC teprature controlled by desk which is not able to satisfy custimers needs, checked in afternoon at 3 pm and aksed to maintain temperature on 24??C but desk was not able to set up AC teprature. After that i was exploring the near by are and reache to hotel at 1 am in night but temperature was in 28??C and I was called at the reception but no body answer after few calls security guard answered the call an told me that nobody is here to answer the call and he is not able to controll the temperature, I was fighting with the desk in midnight in 1 to 1.15 am for tge AC teprature. Please don't book this hotel.

We have always had a wonderful experience at your hotel and restaurant. The manner of communication showed a clear lack of respect and basic courtesy, especially towards senior citizens.Our family has been visiting your establishment for years, and generations of us have been loyal customers. Unfortunately, today’s experience was hurtful enough to make us reconsider continuing this association.Please understand that this feedback comes from a place of concern, not anger. We still value your restaurant, its taste, and the overall service quality, which remains 5/5 in our eyes. But incidents like this can deeply affect long-standing relationships.We request you to kindly train your staff in courteous and respectful communication so that no other guest has to go through such an experience.Thank you.P.S. Good but ??Location is good and beach is few minutes away of the hotel.Parking available.Room was decent.Pillow were very thick and uncomfortable.Don't expect any service until you call few times..I requested for dropping the luggage from room to car and it took more than 15 min...so i had to pick that in the last...You can't control the Ac from room. ( As they don't keep the remote in room by default, You have to request everytime for Temp change.)People who are sitting on front desk should be cautious and more polite.Shd have thought process to give service.Mattress was also not comfortable.We couldn't sleep as there was noise due to Marriage nearby road. And room was on first floor.Food was superb ..5 star for veg food.Breakfast was good .

* Booking and Payment:I made a hotel booking through Agoda and completed the payment online.* Additional Charges:However, upon arriving at the hotel, I was asked to pay extra charges, which was quite disappointing.* Room Quality and Service:The room quality was average, and the service did not meet my expectations.* Second Visit:This was my second time visiting this hotel, and I had hoped that the issues from the first visit would have been resolved. Unfortunately, the same problems occurred again.

One of the dirtiest hotels. Unclean beds, unclean towels, hotel is in broken down condition and all of us(4 of us) who ate there in the restaurant on first floor ended up with a vomiting and loose motions. Immediately after check out he refused to give us even a bottle of water to take our medicines. Pathetic and unfriendly staff. Never want to visit this hotel again. Tickets.com needs to be pulled up for such poor standards
