The service is poor with very slow delivery.

Service was very poor, we got a piece of chicken in the food, and on top of that, we were threatened, my wife was also insulted.

Please avoid booking this hotel. The staff behavior is extremely poor, and you won't receive any service. I ordered food at 6 o'clock and called four times every 30 minutes, but they never knew about my order. Different people answered the phone each time. Now it's 8:15, and despite ordering four times since 6 pm, they are still just wandering around. On the phone, they don't speak properly and even hang up. One person named Yogiraj Biharved was especially rude, acting like he was my boss. Please do not book here.

My stay at this resort was very disappointing, and I would advise others against it. The staff were consistently rude and unprofessional, showing no willingness to assist and instead being cold and unfriendly, which spoiled the hospitality. The location is also problematic, being deep in the jungle with tough access and poor connectivity, making arrival stressful and inconvenient. Additionally, the rule forbidding guests from using the pool after checking out, even briefly, despite paying a high price, was frustrating. Overall, the combination of poor service, location, and policies made the experience unpleasant. I will not return.
