My husband and I visited Hotel Sarita and had a very disappointing experience. We approached the reception desk to inquire about a room. The receptionist (an older gentleman) immediately started speaking loudly and rudely, saying that if our IDs did not match, we would not get a room.I politely explained that we had our marriage certificate with us, but he continued to behave rudely and refused to listen. His attitude was unprofessional and embarrassing. Other people standing there started looking at us because of the way he was shouting.Additionally, this property seems to function more like a boys' hostel rather than a family-friendly hotel. The environment was not suitable for families at all, and I would not recommend it to couples or families looking for a comfortable stay.Customer service should be respectful and courteous, but unfortunately, this was not the case. Based on our experience, I would not recommend this hotel and will never visit again.

Had a very pleasant stay! The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and equipped with all the necessary amenities. The location is convenient with good connectivity, making it easy to reach. The staff was courteous and helpful throughout the stay. Overall, a great place to stay if you’re visiting Surat. Highly recommended!

Hotel was good, but the rooms were very old. There was space. Service was very slow, towel and drinking water was not given even after several calls. Location is good very near to station

Hotel Savita in Surat exceeded expectations! Spacious rooms offer ample comfort with modern amenities and good views. The staff's warm, professional behavior made me feel truly welcomed. Breakfast was a highlight’fresh, delicious variety from South Indian dosas to continental delights. Highly recommend for a relaxing stay.
