The issues observed during my stay were as follows:Bed sheets had visible urine stains.Bed sheets also had blood stains.Small pebbles and dirt particles were found on the bed sheets, indicating poor housekeeping.The air conditioner was not functioning at all.The entire room had a strong smell of cockroach pesticide/insecticide.There were blood and ink stains on the walls.The dustbin contained pan masala spit residue, suggesting that it had not been cleaned properly.There was a constant unpleasant fume/odor coming from the room and surrounding area.No receptionist or support staff were available during the night to address these concerns despite repeated attempts to seek assistance.These conditions made the room unhygienic, uncomfortable, and unsuitable for a pleasant stay. The lack of cleanliness, maintenance issues, and absence of support staff significantly affected our experience.

Our breakfast was included. We ordered 3 aloo paratha, 3 poha 3 coffee and 3 tea. For this simple order they took 45 minutes. Not worth staying
