The stay and hospitality were good, but the price increase after discount was disappointing.

Worst experience,I along with 4 members of my family came here around 5 pm for rooms ,the receptionist gave us rooms, i along with my brother in law personally told him that we will check out at 12 pm, he said ok,but the next day, receptionist called us at 10.30 am and asked us to leave rooms immediately,he talked us rudely,Before checking the receptionist will talk to you all good but the next day he was rudeDon't stay here,they try to make money from money by asking to leave early or rooms not available,The receptionist is very unprofessionalHe doesn't know how to talk to customers,Worst experience of this beautiful city surat because of this hotel shagun.

When we came back neay after 5 hours at 3:00 PM we found that Room was not cleaned. When I called receptionist, he replied I don't know if it cleaned or not. After 15 minutes they sent person for room clean up. This is the scene of my family how they had to rest even if we had room booked to rest. Pathetic Service.

This hotel was terrible from the minute we got there - nobody came to help with bags but instead sat there even when we asked for help, the rooms were dirty and there were cockroaches (both alive and dead) in our room - the staff seemed to scoff or just be not interested whenever we talked to them or asked them anything and were not helpful at all. We also requested a simple bottle of water and were informed that this would be at a charge, which for a 3 star hotel seems ridiculous to me. In the bathroom there was no shower gel, just some vague orange soap in a mini water bottle which was being reused. This didn’t feel like a hotel it felt like a nightmare. Would strongly recommend against staying here - what we experienced was nothing near 3 stars.
