Very disappointing experience. The food quality was extremely poor and overpriced. One dish, ’Pabda Tel Jhal,’ seemed like some random mixed item and after eating it I had throat itching and discomfort. The total bill was around ’2000 but honestly not even a single item tasted good. Definitely not worth the money. Would not recommend this hotel/restaurant at all.

Surprised and honestly disappointed.It’s hard to accept that a simple roadside biryani stall can deliver more flavour and satisfaction than a hotel kitchen led by an Executive Chef acting as GM. Expectations are naturally high in such setups’but the food quality didn’t match the standard at all.The biryani lacked depth, aroma, and that authentic dum essence you expect. When leadership comes from a strong culinary background, consistency and taste should be the highlight’not the weak point.Hope the team relooks at recipe execution, freshness, and overall quality control. Guests come with trust, and that should never be compromised.

Amazing experience! I was there back in 2022 and was stuck in a wild storm with no hotels rooms available in the whole of agartala, then the management came up to us and managed somehow to give us a room. They were kind enough to help us that day. I will always be grateful for them for that day saving our lives in the horrendous storm. God bless the people!!

I recently stayed for 7 days and had a very disappointing experience overall. Our room was on the 3rd floor, directly below the banquet hall on the 4th floor. Because of this, there was constant noise throughout the evening and late into the night. We could clearly hear chairs and tables being moved, along with loud music from the events happening upstairs.The noise was so disturbing that my kids couldn’t sleep properly, which made the stay quite uncomfortable.One positive point I would like to mention is that the hotel staff were polite and helpful throughout our stay. Their good behaviour was appreciated, but unfortunately it could not make up for the lack of a peaceful environment.I hope the management takes this issue seriously and ensures that rooms below the banquet hall are not allotted to families or guests who need quiet. Until then, I would not recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a restful stay.

Extremely Disappointing Experience In Hotel SONAR TORI.Our stay at this hotel was completely ruined by a false and baseless allegation. The staff accused us of leaving a blood stain tiny spot on the bedsheet ’ which was actually a small mark of a killed mosquito from night. Despite explaining the situation they insisted on charging a ’260 fine (which has been paid)It’s not about the money ,it’s about integrity and respect for guests. Such unprofessional behavior and false accusations reflect very poorly on the hotel’s management.Ironically ,While we were addressing the issue with the management, the manager himself asked us to share this experience through a review. Both in hard copy and on site .So here it is. Thank you.
