Couple • India • May 2026I recently stayed at South Regency and had a mixed experience.The hotel itself was clean and well-maintained, which I appreciated. However, there were some major service issues that affected my stay. The central AC in the room was not working properly, making it quite uncomfortable. I informed the reception about the issue, and while they said they would check it, no one actually came to resolve the problem. It felt like the concern was not taken seriously.Another disappointing experience was with the restaurant service. I tried calling multiple times to place a food order, but no one picked up the call, which was quite frustrating. Even when it comes to the food, the restaurant has very limited options, and the quality was not good.On the positive side, parking facilities are available, which is convenient for guests traveling by car.Overall, while the cleanliness and parking are good, the lack of responsiveness, poor service, and disappointing food options need significant improvement.
Nice hotel for overnight stay. They offer breakfast also. Cleanliness is average but reasonable. Nice staff and they offer 24x7 service.
