I recently spent two weeks at Suman Residency in Bendoorwell, Mangalore. The manager Oscar, receptionist Yogesh, and all the staff worked hard to make my stay comfortable and welcoming. They quickly addressed a couple of minor concerns I had. My room was spacious, clean, and all facilities functioned well. I ordered food from the hotel’s restaurant, Suman Sagar, a few times, and having it delivered to my room was very convenient. The restaurant serves good vegetarian dishes, and breakfast is complimentary for guests, starting at 7:30 AM. The hotel's location suited me perfectly. Many thanks to Oscar and the whole team for a wonderful stay!

Ordered south indian special thali and north indian special thali. Few items which were mentioned was not there on the plate, server said there will be poori in south thali but gave single chapathi instead, but didn't even mentioned about the change.Only one server for entire hotel during peak lunch time hence the service was slow. No AC and fan which made the place evenworse.! Food was okay but as expected and bit costly. I don't recommend this place if you are looking for peaceful lunch time.

We ordered the South Indian special thali and the North Indian special thali. Some items listed were missing from the plate. The server said the South thali would include poori but gave only one chapathi instead, without informing us about the substitution. There was only one server for the whole hotel during the busy lunch hour, so the service was slow. The place had no AC or fan, making it uncomfortable. The food was average and somewhat pricey. I wouldn't suggest this place if you want a quiet lunch.
