Room cleaning service/ drinking water and TV channels only on request. They will not provide soaps, newspaper. Will provide wifi connection. Tiffin was tasty and variety was there. Location is very convinient from the railway station. Staff behavior is good.

We checked in at 1:00 am yesterday. Before arriving, I sent them a WhatsApp message about our arrival, and they quickly responded and had the room ready. Since we had to catch the Mangalore-Chennai express at 6:45 am the next morning, we chose this hotel based on some reviews and AI mode Gemini's suggestion. Metro Plaza hotel is very close to Mangalore Central junction, just a minute or two walk. Travelers needing to catch the train on time should definitely consider this hotel. The location was the best feature. The front office staff was responsive and informed us about the complimentary breakfast, but we couldn't have it due to time constraints, so we can't comment on the food. We did notice some service issues that could be improved.
