The rooms are very good and the breakfast is also very good specially paratha is too good must try..Overall experience is great...Staff is very cooperative...Enjoyed the stay..

Very bad experience with management we have booked property with breakfast and dinner basis but we have not taken anything also we updated to management we will not take your breakfast so they promise us we will refund but not yet rec amount an even not picking the callWhen I ask for payment so reservation given another number and another given another number only number pe numberAlmost 1 month gone but no response from managementSo I recommend to another property in low cost in Jaisalmer do not book this property

0 Rating.Worst hotel experience of my life ! Do NOT book this hotel.Despite booking a??Deluxe Double Room??3.5 months in advance, our room was given away to foreigners without any prior notice. We were abruptly shifted to neighboring hotel, which was in pathetic condition.The manager was rude and forced us out of the Swan hotel without any discussion.Exhausted, we had to settle for a??standard room instead of the deluxe room we paid for.The bed had??visible urine stains and a strong foul smell. There was no spare mattress; the staff simply flipped the dirty one and changed the bedsheet, leaving us no choice but to spend the night on it.As ’compensation,’ the hotel gave us’??600, which is??nowhere near the room price. This level of mismanagement, disrespect, and lack of hygiene is unacceptable.??Please think twice before booking.

1) They barely listen to you. They do what they think is less time consuming and easy. They prioritise guests with more people than less people. very biased towards more money. don’t treat the same if you are a family of 2 or 4. Breakfast time is 9am but since a group of 20 people has arrived so they told us to come on the terrace early so others can do the breakfast, otherwise we won’t get fresh warm breakfast. although the staff who serves food were innocent, the manager there was over smart and rude. he literally said ’We will not server you’ when that group had arrived. Breakfast was included and we demanded something our own choice, but they repeat the same breakfast or what majority says. This is not the way you treat someone who pays you for the service.2) The rooms we booked were given to a different family and when we asked about this, they told us that you should have called us 2 days before that you were coming so we could manage this. Is this some kind of scam? We booked and had a bill, but they were saying things that doesn’t make sense. why would you give a room to others which was already booked with advance money by you? this happens when you don’t visit their hotel around the time you should check-in, but they estimate this if you don’t tell them 2 days before. what is this?

Extremely bad location. Very bad condition Hotel and rooms are extremely worst . No cleanliness of rooms at all. No space. Worst service And food. Washrooms are sticking with bad smell. No power to rooms. No lock to the bathrooms is very bad.Bad smell overall to hotel. Can not take vehicle to hotel have to park 100 mtrs far and carry luggage.No one cares about service to customer.Over all experience is worst for family trip.
