We had a wonderful stay at Suryagarh Jaisalmer. The hospitality, ambience, and overall experience were truly memorable. A special thanks to Devesh, Jalal, and Philla at the restaurant for their warm hospitality, lovely attitude, and attentive service. It feels unfair to name only a few people because every team member we met was warm, smiling, proactive, and genuinely committed to making our stay memorable. Special thanks to Rahul, Sudipta, Aishwarya, Devesh from Nosh, Anand from Housekeeping, Rajat at Reception, and two wonderful staff members who helped look after our baby so that we could enjoy our meals peacefully.The welcome experience set the tone for the entire stay. Small gestures, such as a staff member instinctively holding an umbrella over our baby in the harsh desert sun, reflected the level of care and attention to detail that defines Suryagarh.The property itself is stunning and vast’you could easily spend a week here and still discover something new. Highlights included the beautiful sunset views near the animal farm, excellent cultural experiences, and delicious food made with fresh ingredients, some sourced from the hotel's own organic garden.We also appreciated how readily the staff helped guests capture memories. A special mention to Devi Shankar, whose suggestions for photo angles gave us some of our favorite pictures from the trip.During our stay, the hotel was hosting a very high-profile international guest, yet the experience of other guests remained completely unaffected. That spoke volumes about how seamlessly Suryagarh operates and how every guest is treated with equal importance.Suryagarh is not just a luxury hotel’it is an experience. The combination of outstanding hospitality, beautiful surroundings, excellent food, and genuine care made us feel truly royal. We left with wonderful memories and look forward to returning.

The food was a highlight, offering a perfect mix of authentic local cuisine and refined delicacies.Morning buffet was awesome.A special shout-out for the complimentary birthday cake provided during our stay. It was a beautiful, unexpected gesture that made the celebration truly memorable.We particularly enjoyed the outdoor gaming facilities and the cultural activities. The peacocks make it more and more beautiful.Suryagarh isn't just a hotel; it is an experience that captures the heart of Jaisalmer. If you are looking for a luxury getaway that balances adventure with deep relaxation, this is the place to be. We are already looking forward to our next visit.

This has to be one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had in a very long time! The staff is absolutely amazing, and the hotel’s infrastructure is stunning. The place is called an oasis ’ and that’s honestly an understatement.The property’s location in Jaisalmer is just perfect ’ it’s peaceful yet right within reach of everything you’d want to explore. Whether it’s the fort, the local markets, or the desert experiences, everything is easily accessible while the hotel still feels like a calm retreat away from the bustle.The hotel itself is wonderful, but it’s really the staff who make it extraordinary. They turned my stay into something meaningful and recharging. From my first interaction with Kaustubh to the warm farewell from Harsh, every touchpoint felt special and thoughtful.I truly hope the staff remain as motivated and encouraging as they are now ’ they’re what make this place so remarkable.
