Hotel Tripka Square

Great experience, The staff is incredibly helpful with travel tips, and the rooms are spotless. Bonus points for the restaurant and the food was spot on. Highly recommend

Rooms had some smell, and the staff also mentioned about the rats issue. But the biggest problem was during billing, we booked multiple rooms over a couple of days for some event. While check-out, they fought over bills and then gave a very inflated bill. When we enquired for detailed bill, amount got magically reduced by 25K and after further inspection, we found extra bills for 5K more.

The room and staff of this hotel are very good.One feels very good in this hotel, they have the best staff, Juhi is very nice, takes good care of the guests

The Not at all go to a Hotel.There was only 3 staff for the room service for rooms of 21 total rooms, we had booked 18 rooms. Disgusting facilities.No one came to carry the luggages from our Bus which had 40 pax. We ourselves had to carry the luggage to the hotel.Only 1 staff member was working for 3 days along with 1 female staff. Hot water issues were there. Few members from our group had to use other rooms where hot water was available. We had booked total 18 rooms.Bathrooms were not clean while check in, flooded when used. Necessary things in bathrooms were not there like towels, soaps, gel, etc.Food was ridiculous. 2 days the same breakfast as if we were served the previous day breakfast again. No bowls for Dal, deserts, plastic cups were ordered later. Even for tea and coffee cups were not there. Dinner was also not good.Plates were not clean. Food area was kept uncleaned where we had dinner the previous day. That was pathetic.Location of the hotel was 3 km from the temple by Auto rickshaw.Price was not worth, infact we are entitled for a refund.Would not recommend Hotel Tripika Square.

The room was labeled as Super Deluxe, but it did not feel like a super deluxe room at all. The facilities and overall condition were very basic and disappointing.Breakfast was included in the room, but there was only one item available, and even that was not ready on time. Tea was also not available and we were asked to wait.Overall, the experience did not match the price or the promises made. Not recommended.
