I stayed at Relax Beach Resort in Nagaon and unfortunately had a very frustrating experience despite the hotel having some positives.The biggest issue was the unreliable electricity. There were frequent power cuts throughout the day and night. Although the resort has a generator, it didn't solve the problem effectively. The AC and fan kept switching on and off repeatedly, which completely disturbed our sleep. This happened multiple times every night, making it very difficult to rest properly.Additionally, the WiFi was not working at all during our stay. Since the TV was only connected through WiFi, we couldn't use it either. This was quite disappointing, especially when you're at a beach resort expecting to relax.On the positive side, the staff was genuinely good and helpful. They were polite and tried their best to assist us whenever we approached them.The location is nice being close to the beach, but the basic infrastructure (power backup and internet) needs serious improvement for the price point.I would not recommend this resort until they fix the power and WiFi issues.
Staff and Host are very helpful. Room is very clean and as shown on portal. Non veg food were awesome. Very nearby Nagao beach. Recommend everyone to visit. Overall Great Experience for Good Rest, Food and Parking.
Had a wonderful stay at Relax Beach Resort, Nagaon Beach.Special thanks to Ravindra (Manager) and supporting staff Prem, Rohit & Raj for their excellent hospitality.All the staff members were very helpful, supportive and always available with a smile whenever needed. Their service and friendly nature made our family trip comfortable and memorable.Highly recommended for family stay near Nagaon Beach. Looking forward to visiting again 😊
