Hotel Regal Enclave

Overall experience was good. I faced little hassle while booking a cab from the hotel location, which may be due to ongoing road repair work. Otherwise, the stay was enjoyable and fun-loving.

The photos given online and the actually rooms are way different. It was literally dirty and smells bad. The manager first promised us early check-in over call and then denied at the property when we told we did online booking. Worst hotel bad service

Overall an average experience. The location had a BMC consturction barricades and pothholes right at the entrance which made it difficult to handle entering and exiting with luggages. There were a couple of staff members which were rude and seem to not have any solution related to my request. The beds used in the bedroom were so shallow that I developed a back strain on my lower back , had to take pain meds but in response to that there were less empathy shown from the staff. They did provide additional bedsheets but even those were of mediocre quality. There is a lot investment in the infrasturcture but but less investment made on the bedsheets. This back pain caused me to miss most of the important wedding functions held in the same hotel. Overall not so good experience.

Love staying here every time I’m in Mumbai. It’s the kind of hotel you’d stay in with your parents as a kid. Lovely service
