The place and infrastructure was good and clean.Only nightmare i had was the in-house restaurant and scarcity of staff.We were told that they have in-house restaurant so food won't be a problem.Our check in time was 2 pm and we reached at 2:45 pm, all hungry and took us time to find the place.When we reached there the room was not ready, they lacked staff and the incharge told us that the restaurant is closed now we are late the lunch timings are over now.The worst part, there is no food joints nearby so we jad to travel back to find a place to eat.Also we were neither called to enquire about our check in time nor we were contacted or a basic msg for the restaurant timings.The next day we thought that atleast we shall have a breakfast here but guys when we ordered food the incharge told us it will take 1:30 to 2 hours time for your order, not only that when asked to serve tea atleast they took 45mins for that.Worst experience.I paid 13k for a family room for just 1 night and this is the service experience we had.The next day people managing that property (pivy) came and look at their guts they even asked me how was your stay...Totally not recommended. Waste of money
We paid 13,000 for a family room, but to be honest, the room does not even deserve 5,000.There were lizards in the room. The AC was too small for a room of that size, and the room was not cooling at all. The manager even claimed that they had never received such a complaint before, but the Google reviews are filled with similar complaints.The property location is inconvenient as well.To add to that, they are charging GST from customers without providing any GST bill. The GSTIN is not displayed anywhere on the property. There was no GST bill available at the counter, and when we asked for one, the manager asked us to wait for two hours.No one should pay GST unless a valid invoice is provided. Also, if they do provide one, please check whether the GSTIN is actually registered in their name.Will not recommend this property to anyone.
The overall property is goodWith clean and good rooms.With very cooperative staff and host.Few things to keep in mind before booking.1. Property is at an isolated place. No public transport or cabs available.2. Beach is very dirty that is near the property.3. Food taste is very good. But takes a very long time to serve.4. Lack of staff. No intercom in room for any contact to kitchen or reception.5. No in room refrigerator.In summary i would recommend 7 out of 10 to the property. Because staff and property is really amazing but lacking the above mentioned things
