Couple • India • Oct 2026Excellent place to stay. The area is quiet, the staff is very helpful, and the service is excellent. I had a wonderful experience and would recommend it to everyone. I stayed here for an exam and was able to study without any disturbance. Shakti Singh uncle was very supportive and attentive, handling everything very well. The location is great with cabs always available and everything close by. The place is very safe and secure, rooms are spacious, and having hot water was a huge help during exams. The food is good, and I really enjoyed the coffee. This has become my preferred accommodation for future trips. Thank you for the outstanding service. Truly appreciated.

What stands out most is the staff — they are always attentive, polite, and eager to assist with a friendly smile. The hotel is spotless and well cared for. The dining hall offers simple, home-style meals served promptly. Best of all, the service is excellent and reasonably priced, offering great value. I highly recommend this hotel. Solo Traveller • Mar 2026Overview of Utsav Properties
10
Reviews for Hotel Utsav differ greatly depending on the location, as there are several independent hotels with this name across India. Generally, the Nathdwara and Shirdi branches receive mixed feedback, with compliments on the food but complaints about maintenance and service. Other locations, like Dewas, are seen as comfortable 3-star accommodations. For example, Hotel Utsav in Nathdwara/Rajsamand (Rajasthan) is often praised for its convenient location and good food, but some guests mention issues like unpleasant-smelling rooms and missing basic toiletries. It is also noted to be far from the city center, so having personal transport is recommended. Other Utsav properties include Utsav Restaurant in Thane West (Mumbai), popular for its varied menu and good service despite occasional crowding; Hotel Utsav in Jetpur/Rajkot, which offers 24-hour room service, a gym, and a spa; Hotel Utsav in Solan (Himachal Pradesh), a 2-star hotel near Mall Road with comfortable rooms; and Hotel Utsav Upvan in Giridih (Jharkhand), known for its swimming pool and cottage-style rooms.
