The service was awful and the room was in poor condition, with no geyser provided. Despite checking in late and informing them in advance, I had to wait for my room to be cleaned. The kitchen tiles were broken, there was no geyser, and the main door didn't lock properly. The AC was leaking, and when I contacted room service, they said it couldn't be fixed. Overall, a very bad experience.

There isn't a single customer here, so what they do is provide paid parking for guests of downtown and forresta, charging 100rs without giving a receipt. These guys are really poor in service.

Rooms were clean and equipped with good lighting and ac although no water or towels were placed in the room upon arrival, had to request them. Ordered food from the pantry and it was okayish. This hotel is a great option if you are looking for 1-2 day stay and near the railway station, it's affordable compared to nearby hotels in this locality.

The rooms were tidy and had good lighting and air conditioning, but water and towels were not provided initially and had to be asked for. I ordered food from the pantry, which was average. This hotel is a good choice for a short 1-2 day stay and is close to the railway station, offering more affordable rates than other hotels in the area.
