Hotel Venue Inn

Booked a Super Deluxe room for ’1800, but the cleanliness was very poor.The room had a strong dusty smell upon entry.Bed and sofa were visibly covered with dust and not properly cleaned.Had to change 2’3 rooms due to the same hygiene issues.In the final room, many insects were found under the pillow.Because of this, I experienced skin irritation, redness, swelling, and itching.Housekeeping and hygiene standards are unacceptable for this price range.Overall experience: Very disappointing. Not recommended.

Upon entering the room, I found that it was not properly cleaned and was very dusty. There were visible spider webs in the bathroom corners and near the ceiling, indicating a lack of basic housekeeping. The shower area and fittings were dirty and covered with mineral deposits. The mirror and walls had water stains and marks.Additionally, the toilet door is damaged and in very poor condition, with visible water damage and deterioration at the bottom. This makes it difficult to use and reflects negligence in maintenance.I have also noticed damp patches, stains on the walls, and unhygienic conditions around the corners and near electrical points. The overall environment was uncomfortable and did not meet even basic hygiene and safety standards

If you are looking for comfortable Budget accommodation, then this is one of the great optionLocation is very good for business travellers as you get good commute optionsThey have pure vegetarian in-house kitchen and food quality - portion is excellent compare to the priceIf you are looking for excellent room condition like you get with 3-4-5* hotels then this is not the choice but it’s much better then other nearby onesManagement is polite and responsive to the concerns and Immidiate resolution was seen even like changing bath fittings

Worst stay ever.Don't waste your moneyI paid 2800 for 2 night only I stayed for a night cause I've checked in late night, otherwise I will never chose this hotel or room for a minute.The room smelled terrible, the sheets were stained with poor quality, bathroom was very poor, room itself feels like haunted place.the rooms which are shown in thier profile/ google photos and the rooms in reality are totally different as like day and night.hotel room was far below expectations extremely poor experience, zero value for money never coming back,I will suggest everyone not to even pay 500 over night.I will suggest Agoda not to approve this property for any reason terrible experience

Rooms are okay with some damped walls but not too concerning. Staff was okay. No complimentary packed water bottles though. Nice as per price offered of Rs 1200 per night.
