Ginger Hotel Ahmedabad Satellite is a very good option for a medium-budget family stay. It is a brand of Ginger Hotels, which is part of Indian Hotels Company Limited (Taj Hotels group), designed especially for budget and middle-class travelers.We found the hotel very clean and hygienic. We had requested an early check-in. The regular check-in time was 2 PM, but since we arrived much earlier, the staff provided us with the room as soon as early check-in became available.The service was excellent. The staff was very professional, polite, and helpful. The restaurant staff was also very good and attentive.Overall, our experience was very pleasant.I would definitely recommend this hotel as it offers great value for money. ’’

The hotel staff were rude. There were several other people from my profession who had also booked the room in the same hotel directly. Their room rent was less than me and included breakfast. You have charged me more rent than them and I got cheated. I am frustrated because of this experience and I will never ever book with ixigo.

Very POOR housekeeping.The room window was absolutely messy. See attached pic for detail.Worse than that can be possibly found in a Rs.1000/night hotel.The openable window in the center had gap all around and didn't even had a stopper (unable to upload the video). Because of which was very disturbing due to outside noise.Icing on the sugar was a small Cockroach was seen running on top of dining table during breakfast.Just couldn't believe that can have such pathetic experience with Ginger Hotels which belongs to Tata Group
