Scary experience: Rude Receptionist asked me to wait for 20min while I was with 2 small infants. No dustbin in the room, bathroom No towels provided No door mat for bathroom or room Room not cleaned, dirty bed sheet and lots of hair No water bottle, room service phone was dead Staff was unable to open the room, old door with cracks and was unable to lock I request that ixigo delist such a pathetic hotel. I have left the room in 15 minutes after checking in. I recommend family to live on the street rather coming here.
