We had ana amazing & relaxing stay. View from the room is so soothing, staff was really polite. We opted for breakfast buffet it was great. Property was tidy & clean. Overall above expectations service.

One of the best hotels I have ever stayed at! From the moment we arrived until the day we left, the experience was excellent.We were given a beautiful and spacious cottage, and everything was much better than expected. In fact, this is probably the first hotel I've visited that looked even better in real life than in its photos online. The rooms and washrooms were very clean, well maintained, and comfortable.The food was outstanding. There were plenty of options at every meal, and almost everything we tried was delicious. The dining experience was made even better by the amazing staff. Even though it was a buffet system, the staff regularly checked on guests, asked if we needed anything, and made sure everyone was comfortable.The hospitality here is truly on another level. Every staff member we met was polite, respectful, and extremely helpful. They assisted with our luggage and made us feel welcome throughout our stay. As someone from South India, I also appreciated that some staff members spoke English, which made communication very easy.One thing that impressed me the most was when we had to leave early one morning. The hotel specially arranged and packed breakfast for us in advance, which was a thoughtful gesture that we really appreciated.The view from the hotel is absolutely breathtaking and adds so much to the experience. Although the property is a little away from the main road, it is completely worth it for the peace, scenery, and exceptional hospitality.I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Shimla. The service, food, cleanliness, comfort, and hospitality were all excellent. I would happily stay here again.About the price - it was quite moderate, that is, 14k for 2 nights ( for four members). Our stay at The Woodrina was truly a 10/10 experience. The property offers the perfect balance of comfort, peace, and hospitality.The food deserves special mention ’ less oily, well-balanced, delicious, and very kid-friendly. It felt homely yet flavorful, which is rare to find while travelling.The staff members are extremely cordial and attentive. They genuinely care about guests and even pay attention to small details that make the stay more comfortable and memorable.One of the best parts of the hotel is its location. Away from the hustle, crowd, and traffic of Shimla town, it offers a calm and relaxing atmosphere while still being just around 20 minutes from Shimla Mall Road.If you have your own vehicle or a rented one, the hotel also provides a dedicated parking space where your vehicle remains safe and secure, which is a huge advantage in and around Shimla.Highly recommended for families and anyone looking for a peaceful stay near Shimla.

The food was very beautiful, the staff was very helpful and ready for everything, Sandeep Sharma and Pritam arranged the food in a very beautiful way. The hotel was also nice, most importantly their kitchen was very good.And it was clean. We went inside and saw the kitchen ourselves. Thank you very much to Make My Trip. My husband and I went to Shimla for a trip and stayed at this hotel for two days. When we arrived, we were shivering from the cold, so the staff arranged a charcoal heater and asked us to sit beside it to keep warm. They even served our food there.We really enjoyed the beautiful view from the hotel, and the food was absolutely delicious. The staff was very polite, and the service was excellent. Especially Preetham, who was very generous, courteous, and always ready to provide any information we needed.If anyone is planning to visit Shimla, I highly recommend staying at this hotel ’ you will definitely love it.
