Frustrating Stay Experience

I booked this hotel because it was 80% discounted. However, my experience was very disappointing.At night check-in, I had to wait more than 30 minutes because the room was still being cleaned. The bed was damp and I could not sleep, and the bathroom floor was also wet, which raised serious hygiene concerns. It was noisy outside the room as well. In addition, the air conditioner remote control was broken.I would not want to stay here even for free. This experience made me realize that in India, it is important to choose hotels based on reliable and objective reviews.
