One suggestion.During winter please arrange for heater option even for extra also ok. . House keeping make it for 24 hours. Give extra blankets if asked during winter. I felt like staying by my own not in hotel

’Booked two rooms for 4 nights; overall experience was extremely disappointing.’Do not fall into the trap by looking at the photos ’ they are misleading. Only basic refurbishing has been done and there is absolutely no luxury, despite what the hotel name suggests.’Room clock not working in one of the rooms and the issue was never fixed.’Calling bell in one of the rooms is not working.’Wi-Fi does not work inside the rooms and mobile network signal is almost non-existent.’The hotel is clearly understaffed, resulting in very poor service.’Same staff members who clean the rooms are also cooking food, which raises serious hygiene concerns.’Staff behavior is unprofessional, except in few instances’Drinking water bottles are not refilled daily.’When asked about water, guests are told to come to the reception and fill water themselves, which is unacceptable.’Rooms are not cleaned on a daily basis, even after placing the ’clean my room’ card outside.’Towels were not provided for an entire day; despite follow-ups, they were given only the next morning, just before bathing time.’Very poor hygiene in the dining area where complimentary breakfast is served.’During breakfast, no spoons, tissues, or proper cups/bowls for sambar and chutney are provided; guests are expected to eat only with their hands, which is inconvenient and unhygienic.’Lunch and dinner are not available at the hotel. Guests are asked to order food from Swiggy or Zomato, and if plates are taken from reception, you are expected to wash, clean, and return them yourself.’TVs are not smart TVs ’ no YouTube or OTT apps; cable TV has only local and free channels.’Overall, not recommended for families or anyone seeking relaxation.’You will definitely be disappointed if you stay here expecting comfort, hygiene, or even basic hospitality standards

We had a wonderful experience at Hyderspark ’ The Luxury Hotel. The location is very convenient and makes it easy to explore the surroundings. The staff were courteous, attentive, and always supportive throughout our stay. The service quality was excellent, with great attention to cleanliness and guest comfort. The food was tasty and satisfying, especially the breakfast spread. Overall, it was a comfortable and pleasant stay, and we would definitely recommend this hotel.
