ibis Coimbatore City Centre - An AccorHotels Brand

Unfortunately, my stay at ibis Coimbatore City Centre was quite disappointing and fell below the standards I have come to expect from the ibis brand.The staff were polite, courteous, and genuinely tried to help whenever concerns were raised, which was the most positive aspect of the stay.However, the food quality was average at best. We opted for the dinner buffet, and several items were disappointing, including poorly prepared pasta and stale-tasting gulab jamun.The biggest issue was the room allocation. We were assigned a room connected to another room through an internal door. Although the door was locked, the sound insulation was extremely poor. Late at night, guests in the adjoining room were involved in a loud argument, and the noise was clearly audible in our room for an extended period. Despite the staff intervening multiple times, the disturbance continued and made it very difficult to rest.The washroom cleanliness and overall room maintenance also did not meet expectations.While I appreciate the efforts of the hotel staff, the poor soundproofing, disappointing food quality, and cleanliness concerns significantly impacted the overall experience. I hope the management addresses these issues, especially the allocation of interconnected rooms without adequate noise insulation.

The staff was so attentive and helpful. Gayatri in the restaurant was the sweetest. So kind and helpful. The dosa is 10/10. Everything smelled really good. The room was clean and the bed was soft like a cloud.

Excellent stay. The hotel offers clean and comfortable rooms, reliable Wi-Fi, and a convenient location that makes commuting easy. The staff is professional, responsive, and always willing to assist. The breakfast is good, and the overall service is efficient, making it ideal for short business trips. A dependable choice whenever I visit Coimbatore.
