Not a worthy hotel AC in the whole floors are malfunctioning.Booked a suite room- the AC does not work.No working AC in most rooms.The chair had fungus.Walls wet with water leak.Stripped of wall paint or cover- smells hideous.Broken bathroom.Dirty carpets and walls with fungus.Most normal hotels have better standards.Changed room 3 times midnight- no room had functioning AC.The staff is helpless.No in house manager, no owner- irresponsible.The room was downgraded for the price of suit.When asked repeatedly to solve issue they said we can refund and you can leave- at midnight, then they solved the issue with a portable fan(mature for a star hotel).The morning complimentary breakfast was good.Overall not at all worth it, a prime area with soo many good hotels please reconsider your booking, until the hotel anounces a fix.The suite rooms look hideous.Has smell of a store room.The wall paints and carpets are very badly maintained.Hope no other customer gets scammed.A very bad stay and experience.

Had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean, staff was courteous, and the overall service was excellent. Looking forward to visiting again. Thanks to the operator and hospitality staff.

This was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had.We checked in 27th February checked out 2nd March. We booked four rooms. The air-conditioning in three of the rooms was not working properly. Repeated complains every morning to the reception and staff did not result in fixing the air conditioning problem. The rooms were also never cleaned during our entire stay. Many of the rooms also had rats running about in the false ceiling.Many of the walls had seepage and mould and fungus there was water seeping from one of the passages and accumulating on the staircase causing a hazard for anybody walking down the stairs.We also noticed other guests complaining about similar issues, so clearly this is an ongoing problem and not an isolated case.The worst part was the behaviour of the management. When we raised these concerns at checkout and said we would not pay the remaining balance due to the terrible conditions, the management locked us inside the hall area. The manager became aggressive and argumentative, and we were effectively forced to pay the full amount just so we could leave in time to catch our train to Bangalore.This was not just poor service ’ it was unsafe, unhygienic, and completely unprofessional. Absolutely unacceptable. I would strongly advise anyone to avoid this hotel

This was easily one of the worst hotel experiences our family have ever had.We stayed from 27th February to 2nd March, and the entire stay was a disaster. The air conditioning in multiple rooms was not working at all, and instead of properly fixing it, staff brought a cheap stand fan without a safety cover on top. It was unsafe and could easily have caused injury if someone accidentally touched it while running. That alone shows the level of care and responsibility at this hotel.The rooms themselves were in shocking condition. There was visible fungus seepage and mold, and to make matters worse, rats were spotted inside the rooms. It was extremely unhygienic and unacceptable. In our entire three-day stay, not once did housekeeping come to clean the rooms. There were not even basic toiletries provided. No soap, no handwash in the washrooms. Had very horrible experience. I had booked a suite room 2 months in advance.After checking in the AC was not working, even after complaining they couldn't rectify.They even suggested that they would even cancel my booking, they don't understand the problem of a guest, how can a person from a different state find a accommodation in the middle of the night.There was no person responsible for the hotel, not even a manager.I was told that the manager will call me, even after 8 hours the manager never got time to address this situations because they knew that this AC problem cannot be rectified.How is the government giving star rating to these substandard hotels.No clean lenins, broken toilet, smelling rooms, no AC.These hotels should not get licence to cheat people in the daylight.Even Cleartrip through whom I booked the room was contacted with no response. No one should book rooms through Cleartrip.
