Hotel LandmarK Coimbatore

Dear MakeMyTrip Team,Today, I booked a hotel through MakeMyTrip and had clearly mentioned early check-in while making the reservation. After the booking was confirmed, I received a call from the hotel stating that since I requested early check-in, I would have to pay extra charges.When I informed them that I would be arriving around 11 AM, the hotel staff told me to cancel my MakeMyTrip booking and book directly with them instead.This is completely unprofessional and unacceptable.I booked through MakeMyTrip to avoid exactly this kind of inconvenience. The hotel’s behavior appears to be an attempt to force direct bookings by misleading customers. I request MakeMyTrip to take strict action against such practices and ensure that my booking remains valid without any additional or unfair charges.Please look into this matter urgently and provide a resolution.

The properties best selling point is their location and proximity to the city center.I have travelled and stayed across many places and cities in the state and outside never a time I was refused a plate and cutlery for food ordered outside. The staffs were so rude that they kept saying we cant since you ordered from outside. Kind advice to others carry your plates too.For a room for 2, 1 set Dental Kit and toiletries placed we had to call to get additional. If it’s room for 2 why only 1. Mosquitoes yes a menace here though my window was never opened. Room service rooms are next to the guest rooms and is always loud with music not quite the experience if you are with family.

Thank you team Landmark for making our stay pleasant and peaceful.Really loved breakfast and special thanks to Sanjeev for delicious half boiled eggs...Overall nice place to stay for both leisure and business travel.

It is at the heart of the city,I attended a Birthday Party, the banquet hall was compact and neat. The Aircondition was very good. The food was satisfactory. There was limited car parking available.

stayed in deluxe room no.101; good room; clean bathroom; good ac.suggestions:keep bisleri water in room.keep a luggage stand in sit out area (which is unutilised) so that luggage trolley can be kept on that.more lights needed in the room.shower water speed not enough.plug points required on both sides of the bed.
