I booked VRL Residency for a business trip, but it failed on every level. There was a total power outage on Saturday from 9 AM to 3 PM with absolutely no backup for electricity or Wi-Fi. Even when the power was on, the Wi-Fi was unstable and frequently disconnected, making it impossible to focus. Additionally, the AC provided no cooling, no bath towels were provided, the shelves were dirty, and the bathroom lacked a mirror for grooming. Between the lack of basic amenities and the zero-reliability environment, this hotel is a poor choice for any traveler.

1. They won't provide free water bottles 2. No privacy inside room , of someone speaks phone from outside of the room we can hear.3.no kettle, water or tea cups 4. Cockroach runs here and there 5 room smells dusty6. Bed is not so comfortable 7. Location getting confused due to naming Not at all worthy
