Navaratna Delight

Navaratna Delights is a pet-friendly stay, which is a positive. The breakfast was tasty, home-style, and served hot. Dining service and staff attitude during meals were good.food was awesome ’? ’?...However, the stay did not meet the 3-star hotel standards as mentioned. It felt more like a 1-star hotel experience rather than a 3-star stay.There were several service gaps, possibly due to manpower shortage. The 4th-floor corridors were very dark in the evenings. The TV had no signal and the remote didn’t work despite informing on the first day.Room cleaning was inconsistent, and basic amenities were missing ’ no telephone, kettle, tea/coffee sachets, or daily water bottles (1-liter bottle was provided only on request). The balcony had pigeon droppings, making it unhygienic.Important note for pet owners: Although MakeMyTrip mentions no pet fee, but they charged separately per day for pets. Please contact the hotel directly and confirm charges before booking if you’re traveling with your furry friend.One positive point: they refilled our personal water bottles when requested. And they are delivering the food to the room .Overall, food and pet-friendliness are good, but service quality and maintenance need significant improvement to match a true 3-star experience.

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel! The rooms were comfortable and well-maintained, and the reception team was very welcoming. Special thanks to Mr. Siva and Mr. Rajmohan for their exceptional service ’ they were always attentive and quick to respond to our needs. And Hous keeping Boy I think Sakthivel was a nice energetic man. Their genuine care and dedication made our experience truly pleasant. Highly recommended!

It was an amazing stay. We booked for 2 adult and one child. The service was very satisfying, when we checked in, they welcomed with a warm grace. Later we found out the flush wasn't working, they immediately sent someone to look into it. When we came back from outing, they apologized and said it wasn't working even after they tried. Then they upgraded our room to a very spacious supreme room, at no extra cost. They provided all essentials, toothbrush, bodywash, shampoo even a hair dryer. Neat and clean room, very good staffs.And i should say about the parking, it is in front of the hotel at ground floor. The location, it is a prime one. It is in the middle of all streats. Very nice experience, actually i took so many photos unfortunately it got deleted, or else i would have posted.

Good service . I request the management to renovate the rooms in the fourth floor , AC needs maintenance in the fourth floor because we booked two rooms where both rooms has AC issues .The quality of the rooms in the fourth are not good as the rooms in the second floor . Staffs were friendly and helpful . Parking space is small but fine . Parking could ev been kept even more cleaner it was filled with waste things like construction derbis . I loved the rooms in the second floor especially.
