Family • India • Sep 2026On the evening of 20 July 2026, I ordered dinner to my room. The first order was completed, but five minutes later I ordered 2 Tawa Rotis. The kitchen management said it was not possible at that time. I waited about 40 minutes in my room for the 2 Tawa Rotis. Later, the waiter told me it was not done yet. I asked if they had rice, but the waiter gave no answer. I am very disappointed with this situation. We will not come to this hotel again. It was a very bad experience during dinner time. I advise everyone to check before coming to this hotel.

Despite informing the staff the issue was not resolved promptly. For the price they charge basic facilities like a functioning air conditioner should be guaranteed. I would not recommend this resort until they improve their maintenance and customer service.

My stay at Impex Hill Resorts was quite disappointing. The air conditioning in the room did not work at all, which made the stay very uncomfortable in the hot weather. Even after reporting the problem to the staff, it was not fixed quickly. Considering the price, they should ensure basic amenities like a working AC. I wouldn't suggest this resort unless they enhance their upkeep and customer support.

Our stay at Impex Hill Resorts was very disappointing. Although the room had an AC, the staff would not give us the remote control despite the hot weather. The service was lacking, and the staff were rude when we requested basic help. The bathroom lacked toothpaste and other essential toiletries. The lights kept flickering on and off during our stay, which was particularly annoying given the hotel's location in a hilly area where guests expect comfort and dependable amenities. Since the room was booked by our client, this experience was embarrassing for our team. I cannot recommend this hotel unless they make significant improvements in customer service, maintenance, and hospitality.
