IndiSmart Hotel

Had extremely poor and unprofessional experience with this hotel. This hotel is best avoided for any banquet related events. Had a Ashirbad and ring ceremony for my daughter in Indismart. I got good service for rooms for my guests. The quality of food from the chef was good. The banquet food refilling was very poor. Coffee served was cold. Many guests did not get fish fry, prawns, mutton and deserts because of intentional delay in refilling the buffet. Kamalendu Bhattacharjee- F&B Manager & his team intentionally delayed the refilling of the buffet. Inspite of continuously requesting them to serve the snacks to the tables, they were avoiding to do so. Ultimately caused huge embarrassment for me because many guests did not get all the items. Very unprofessional. They will cause embarrassment to you at the end. Their banquet services are extremely unreliable. They will delay refilling to reduce consumption. Pathetic. They do not have food warmers under the trays. Food, tea , coffee is cold. I do not know how they call themselves a professional hotel. Banquet service quality is unprofessional and below par. Even I had to ask for desert. He had hidden the sweets under the table.The reply given by Ms Oindrila Sen is unsatisfactory. The issue is not with decoration. You are refusing to accept that your refilling and service was poor. Kamalendu had to frantically rush to the kitchen twice to get mutton for the main the main guests. Prawns had finished. There was no fish fry in the middle for a long time. I can even bring the guests who have complained. Without warmers are the guests supposed to have cold food and coffee? I had personally requested to warm up the coffee for at least 3 guests. During discussion we had agreed that snacks need to be served at the tables. But unfortunately the old Manager left and Kamalendu came in. He wasn't a part of the initial discussion.But the hotel still supports inefficient people like Kamalendu who creates a problem for both the hotel and the customers. There were no fresh spoons towards and the end and they could not provide fresh spoons. What a shame.What about the embarrassment caused to me? Eventually all guests taking banquet services will complain with this standard. Maybe Indismart will start introspecting then.

From arranging a separate dedicated drinks space for our guests to surprising us with a complimentary anniversary cake ,such a thoughtful and beautiful gesture , she truly made the event seamless and special.Mr. Kamalendu, our Banquet Manager, deserves immense appreciation for his meticulous planning and hands-on involvement. From the food arrangements to the exclusive drinks area and deploying executives to welcome and assist guests, every detail was flawlessly managed. Arijit handled guest coordination responsibly and efficiently, ensuring everyone felt attended to.Chef Debanjan and his team delivered an outstanding culinary experience. Every dish served was absolutely delicious, and our guests genuinely appreciated the taste and presentation .. the compliments kept pouring in throughout the evening.What touched us the most was the warmth and dedication of the entire team. Indismart didn’t treat this as just another event ..they made it feel like a celebration in their own family, ensuring nothing was compromised. The staff was extremely helpful, courteous, and supportive throughout.In a lifetime, you come across moments that you cherish forever ... and this is certainly one of them.Thank you to the entire team for making it so memorable and magical for our family. ’’’

My stay at Indismart Hotel was truly pleasant and comfortable. The hotel has a modern yet peaceful atmosphere that makes you feel relaxed right from the moment you enter. The rooms were neat, well-organized, and very comfortable, with all the basic facilities provided.The staff deserves special appreciation for their friendly and cooperative nature. They were always attentive and ready to assist, which made the experience even better. Service was smooth and professional throughout my stay.I also enjoyed the food ’ it was fresh, tasty, and served nicely. The dining experience added great value to the overall stay.The hotel’s location is another advantage, as it is well connected and easy to reach. Overall, Indismart Hotel provides excellent hospitality, comfort, and good value for money. I would happily recommend it to anyone looking for a quality stay.

I had a wonderful experience at Indismart Hotel. The overall ambiance of the property is calm, clean, and very well maintained. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and equipped with all the necessary amenities for a relaxing stay. Housekeeping was prompt and did an excellent job every day.What impressed me the most was the behavior of the staff. Everyone was polite, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. Their hospitality truly made the stay more enjoyable and welcoming.The food quality was also very good, with a nice variety of options and great taste. The restaurant service was quick and well-organized.The location of the hotel is convenient, making travel and commuting easy. Overall, Indismart Hotel offers great comfort, service, and value for money. I would definitely recommend it to others and would love to stay here again.

Had a very pleasant stay here. The lobby was clean and welcoming, and the staff were friendly throughout. The room was spacious, well-kept, and exactly like the photos’comfortable beds, neat d??cor, and all essential amenities. Overall, a clean, comfortable, and value-for-money stay. Highly recommended.
