The photos online are completely misleading. The property is run-down, dingy, and lacks basic soundproofing. We could hear hallway conversations and loud outside noise throughout the entire night, making it impossible to get any rest. It feels like an overpriced budget lodge trying to market itself as a premium stay. Save your money and book somewhere else.Extremely disappointed with our stay at [Hotel Name]. The room was poorly cleaned before our arrival—there were stains on the bed linens and hair in the bathroom. Basic amenities like [hot water / AC / Wi-Fi] were not working, and despite reporting this to the front desk twice, no one ever came to fix it. Definitely not worth the price, and I would not recommend staying here.
The room was disappointing the moment I walked in. The bedsheets were visibly dirty and one of them was torn. Honestly, it made me wonder how often the linen is actually changed. For the price, this is the bare minimum I'd expect a hotel to get right.The bathroom wasn't any better. The shower was rusted and I didn't feel comfortable using it. When I looked up, the ceiling had black patches all over, the kind you only get when maintenance has been ignored for a long time. I've added photos of the sheets, shower and ceiling so you can see for yourself.To be fair, the staff were decent and polite, no complaints there. But good behaviour at the front desk can't make up for a room that isn't clean.With fresh linen, a fixed bathroom and some proper upkeep, this place could easily be a good stay given where it is. Until then, I'd only recommend it if you need somewhere to sleep for a night and nothing else is available.
